I was hoping to knock out some work today even though I should be doing something much more fun with a rare Saturday off. So, I am trying to send Finao an album order and their site isn't working. Anyone know what's going on? www.finaoonline.com

I dont know Sara, we tried to go there this morning to look some stuff up, and no website.

it now says they are experiencing difficulties and do not have an eta yet.

We planned to use Finao for 09 ... but we started hearing rumblings about them? Now this? Anyone have some real life experience they wanna share?

What type of rumblings, Matt? I'm planning on using them as my sole wedding album provider...

What kind of rumblings? I've been using them this year and have been very happy with them and the products. And Design Aglow just posted some amazing custom proof/print boxes that they are working with Finao on.

I do know the office is closed all this week for July 4th holiday.

i received an email indicating the office would be shut down for business the week of the 4th. if i can still find the text, i'll post it.

production is closed from june 30 to july 5, customer service closed on july 4, normal production and customer service resuming on july 7.

I've used them for a number of albums - a few of the Elements and a couple of ONE albums. Generally I'm happy, although as with any new company they seem to have a few hiccups along the way. They're not the only company I use, and if their albums didn't rock I'd look elsewhere, but I've really been pleased with the products.

Our site was down for maintenance from Saturday afternoon to early Sunday morning. It was work that required installing some new equipment in the server and we had to take it down.
