I just took pictures for a client of their baby's body parts. They want a collage of all the pictures in a very LARGE size. I use WHCC for printing....would you recommend them or somone else and what do you recomend. Canvas? Wrap? I have never done one of these.

Hey Dawn!

I think it all depends on what your client wants - we have printed TONS of them on canvas, and they look great!

Personally, I would design a square - with 9 images - three on the top, middle and bottom. Leave about 2" of "virtual mat" on the edges regardless of the medium you print it on - they look really neat!

Perhaps someone here has a template or can share one that they've done...

All the best,
Roxanne

PIXEL2CANVAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If Roxanne won't say it, I will. They rock (and I'm not just saying that to kiss her ass - they really do - just do a search on OSP or anywhere else and you'll find that they're the best in the business!)

Your collage on a big huge gallery wrapped canvas will look kick ass!

I call this collage the "Baby Bits" and I sell them ALL the time. Mine are a 16x20 size, usually just with standard mounting. I bet they would look great on canvas too. I have a template set up, crop all 9 images to a 4.5x4.5 size and drop them in. Also 98% of the time I make this a black and white collage, using either a black or white backdrop...I personally think it's less distracting. Here are a couple samples...
