Hello all...

I am trying to create blog templates for myself in Photoshop so I can just drag and drop my photos in the template with a border and my logo. I can't get the layers right in PS.
I would like to have a white border with a 1 pixel thick black line, on top of a transparent background, so that I can drag the picture on top of the transparent portion, and behind the white border. Can anyone tell me how to do this?
