Hey guys -
I currently have a BluDomain site with 2 portal links on the intro page -- either to my website or blog.
I'd like to have an additional portal with a client login. It could be just a couple pages with FAQ info (post-wedding order fulfillment process, time-lines, etc.), and I'd like to be able to have a link to download client documents (Wedding Day Planner, Contracts, etc.). Basically, I get asked the same type of questions, and my clients seem to need the same documents again and again. I'm thinking that I'd like to add some info onto the end of my website, and only have it available for viewing by current clients, but I'm not sure how to do this. Does anyone know if I can create these pages securely, or if I have to contact BluDomain to do it?
Just thought I'd throw it out there to see if any of you guys know something I don't.

Do you use or have you considered using
ShootQ?
It will handle everything online from the first time a potential client contacts you to collecting details about their shoot to booking them online using digital contract delivery/signing AND MUCH MORE.
I highly suggest you look into signing up with them - it's worth every penny of the relatively small yearly fee, and I think it will provide a lot of the features you're looking for in a much more manageable way than you're currently thinking of.
Best of luck!

You could also just do all of this in PDF form. Create the documents you want, get them into PDF form and upload the pdf's to your website. Once you've done that, all you have to do is email the link to your clients. I have email templates set up with the links already attached to send for the most FAQ.
