I received my canvas and it was beautiful, but there was this teeny tiny speck near the center - it kinda looked like just one thread of the canvas didn't get any pigment. So I contacted them, and they were on it. Asked if I could send a pic so they could determine if it should be repaired or reprinted. I did, and they decided to repair it. So, dumb me, I'm wrapping it back up to send it back to them, and I DROP THE THING.... yup, I did... So I contact them AGAIN... "Um, you know that speck we discussed....." Now there was a bigger "speck" on the bottom right corner where it hit the floor. I was mortified. Needless to say, this one called for a reprint. They reprinted it for me for a very very reasonable rate. I got it in just now and it's perfect. All of this correspondence and repair and shipping took only about a week! Just in time for my out of town client who will be back in town next week.
