I am wanting a production board that I had lines and I can put my workflow on it for each client. can anyone help?

I have a pretty extensive one which I find printed out and on a clip board really is the most effecient way. Sometimes there are 3 of us doing production at any one time and it's the best system I have managed to invent. Plus any time a bride calls and asks, I know exactly where in the process her event is. I am starting to outsource some now so will probably revise it somewhat. I found the white board version did not get updated properly and got messy very quickly. It's a spreadsheet format not too disimilar from the previous one mentioned - just a LOT more detailed - from download, to final disk delivery and all the backup stages in between.
