I've always been fascinated with the beauty of nature, and it's what prompted me to become a photographer. Lately I haven't had much of a chance to get out and shoot landscapes, but I brought my camera along for our Father's Day hike, just in case.

My boys were extremely patient with me while I waited for 476 people to get out of my shot, lol.

I didn't think I'd get anything without people in it, so I left the tripod in the car...plus it was midday and I don't have any ND filters. I'm pretty happy with this one anyway, and thought I'd share.

gorgeous shot. And I too, have always loved Watkins Glen. I remember going with my family as a child and then my husband and I went back together a few years ago. It was exactly the same.
