I have a graphic designer working on a new logo. She submitted this first concept and I really would like your sincere opinion, what you like and what don't you and why.

The first thing I think of is that it is messy and hard to read. I also don't care for the color, it just gives me the wrong feel for what you do. I also don't think it works as a logo be the traditional standards mentioned a bunch of times on this forum. That is just my $.02 though. I hope that helps a little.

Like Crystal mentioned, it's difficult to read. I had to study it for a few seconds to figure out what I said.

Hey David!
I love the color and your name has a very "Cezanne" feel to it! If your
intention is for your logo to be text based - I like it. I don't care for the gray
line to the right and perhaps the corners need to be rounded out like on the
left side - or go for a chic classic square. Another idea would be to have Medina in the green box and then the text in black of your name and business name underneath the box......or give a little dimension and add a thin black box within the green box - not sure if that makes sense.....I'm just thinking out loud here.....

This process hasn't been easy.

Just to clarify, the gray line to the right is not part of the logo. I just had to do a quick grab from a pdf file I was sent and forgot to take that out. That is why is also hadr to read... I think...

I like the concept but I also agree it's hard to read - maybe a different font would have more readability. It's slightly confusing with all the copy below it. Doesn't seem like a logo, more like a business card. Will it always be on green? Not a fan of that shade of green. I think it's a good start but I'm concerned with the legibility when the size is reduced.
