Jessica Parkison
I think my name is too long to use; Jessica Parkison Photography, so i'm open to new names.
I do go by Jes with one "s" but JESphotography is taken sad.gif

alittle about me: I'm just getting started but I plan to be edgy/fun/fresh. We live in Wilmington, NC so something relating to the ocean would work or not. Everything that my husband and I have thought of so far has been way cheesy.

Also, what is the best web hosting site? average cost of webpage/design?

Thanks
mattcam
What about ParkisonPhotography.com? That's not taken.

I bet a lot of people think your name is Parkinson though, right? I just checked and ParkinsonPhotography.com is taken. Too bad you can't register that one too and forward all the wrong people to the right place.

yeah, we get ParkiNson all the time! Something my husband warned me about when we got married, although maiden name was Shenlund so I figured it couldnt be much worse.

My middle name is Erin if that helps at all.
Our son is Oliver Charles, so i could bring that in somehow.
We call him Oli usually (i prefer to say Oli rather than Ollie, but do either or)
Rachael Earl
How about JesPark.com or JesParkPhotography.com? (I agree that the whole Parkison/Parkinson thing would probably throw people off, so you could shorten first and last names...)

With regards to the ocean thing... youve got to think about location specific words what will happen if you ever move, but if you make it really clever it can be transportable as well...

What is it about the ocean/beach etc you love, are interested in, or want to incorporate into your business? The freshness of the air, the sparkling light off the water, the sound? perhaps if you want to go that way, think of those things and then make the thesaurus your friend to find new ways to describe it?

Just some ideas smile.gif
