Can you write the model release into your contract or do clients need to sign a separate one. Right now, we have a release written into our contracts but I want to make sure our butt is covered.

And if we do need a separate release, can someone tell me where I can get an airtight one, or share yours with me? Thanks so much!!!! smile.gif

Do you just have one representative sign it or everyone in the shoot?

a model release should be signed by everyone involved in the shoot.

really? so all the bridal party and guests need to sign it if your going to use those pics for your website or advertsing or whatever? I thought it was just the bride and grooms responsibility to sign....

i think your trying to be a little ridiculous here. blink.gif of course not, WHEN ITS A WEDDING.

she was asking about a shoot, so i assumed it was a limited number of people - i do model portfolios a lot and sometimes we do a themed shoot which involves an MUA, stylist, etc. and i always make sure that everyone signs the release to make sure i am covered.
