i've worked at West Point quite a bit and have captured weddings in the Cadet's Chapel, Old Cadet's Chapel, Post Chapel and Catholic Chapel and receptions at the Thayer and West Point Club.

although my rates are normally a little higher than your couple's budgeted for, i do offer special packages for military families.
