Full Version: Printing to file

I normally use Breezebrowser Pro to create my contact sheets as it allows me to print to file, (I like to keep a copy on the computer as well as print out a thumbprint book).

Although i've had Lightroom since it came out in beta i've never used the printing module. I've just had a quick look around the settings but can't find an option to allow me to print to file.

Does anyone know if this can be done, or do I need some additional software to "virtually" print to.

Get CutePDF pdf printer. And you can just print to that. It is free for both commercial and non-commercial.

Carl,

You can do this in LR 2.0 in the printing module, but not in 1.4. I actually use a cheap little program called ImageBuddy to create contact sheets and then put them into a Blurb book. I'm going to give LR 2.0 a try with a duplicate set of images (since it's still in beta).
