Has anyone been having issues with Leopard and CS3. I will be working on a piece, and the beach ball will randomly start spinning for no reason and I'll have to force quit- although force quitting doesnt always work or takes forever for the program to actually close itself. Has anyone else seen this problem?

Is your boot drive or scratch drive full? Do any updates in the last few days?

Maybe - I just cleaned 100GB off my boot disc and the machine is working much better... I'm about to install the 10.5.3 update - wish me luck.

Haven't changed over from what?

Now we're just threadjacking... Oh wait - IT'S YOU!

What hardware do you use? I have 10.5 running on my G4 Powerbook and dual G5 PowerMac without issue - CS3 and Lightroom 1.3 and 2.0 beta. I use Gmail for mail, so not sure about any mail issues....

My scratch disk is definitely not full...I run the same stuff on my Mac Pro at work and never run into the problem- I think its specific to my MB Pro. I think I am going to a reinstall of the software and see if it fixes the issues- what is also weird- it tends to happen less when the machine is plugged in to the charger.

I've been having issues since switching to Leopard, too. I'm in the same boat! I'm working on an IMac G5, though.
