The weather was brisk...a tad too brisk for the beach which is where they were planning on having a picnic. Not about to let cold weather get in the way of the moment he was planning for, Brock suggested a spot he found out about while on a job. He was ready to ask his heart-mate and best friend for her forever and he was ready with Plan B at one of the most beautiful little "spots" I've seen around here!
