I need to get a USB port and just wondering if there are some that are better than others. Would love to hear your suggestions!

Thanks!
JimCook
USB 2.0 is better than USB 1.0 -- not sure if you can even get a USB 1.0 port anymore.

Is there a brand you would recommend?

No -- the last time I bought an USB 2.0 port was like 4 years ago. I think it was a belkin or something. I don't think it matters much. They are all pretty standard.

I bought something called a Dynex in Best Buy for $20. Has 4 ports, works a treat, and even lights up with a nice blue!!! biggrin.gif

I am happy with it.

You might want to say "USB hub" when you go to buy it. They might look at you strangely if you say "port."

Just want you to look your best! smile.gif
