So I was surfing today and came across the Black Rapid Strap... and fell in love! This is prefect for shooting... especially the ceremony when I carry two cameras.

The only problem is I also carry the shootsac, and love that.

Do you think I can do both? or will the shootsac get in the way?

No it will not, just put on the shootsac first, so that the R-strap sits on top of the shoulder strap of the shoot sac. I don't have a shoot sac but I shoot with a tube for a 70-200 with a shoulder strap and I carry both all day.

Now if you are going to shoot with 2 R-straps, then when you are using the one that is sitting below and you are shooting a vertically oriented image, it will cause a bit of a problem because it starts to pull the other strap away from your chest, so you have to fight with it a bit. I have also tried using the R-strap with a camera with a regular strap on my neck and I encounter the same issue. So I only shoot with 1 R-strap and the bag for the lens and change lenses when I need to.

Thanks Ramiro! I really like the idea of the R-strap. I have a neck strap, but I hate putting it around my neck, it has never been comfy. Hopefully this will be perfect. and I won't have to set my camera down all the time!
