Obviously I'm not going to be printing magazine paper on my HP, but want to try a few art projects I have in my head. I think I want to be the type of photographer that makes my own albums, that it is part of my style.

Anyway, I want to try using magazine paper and was wondering if anyone new printers that did this type of printing?

thanks in advance

where would you get magazine paper ? magazine paper rips way too easily - i love your idea, but i think you may want to rethink that type of paper

which hp do you have? i have the photosmart 8190 - i have been experimenting with fine art paper and i have found some stuff that is just beautiful. - in fact, i now print my own business cards, etc.!!

Hmmm, good point about the magazine paper, but I would actually want to glue it onto something else. I used to do altered book projects and wanted to do the same thing. I suppose I could just try the photolab paper, just gets expensive after awhile.

I Just have an HP3100, prints OK, but not good enough for photos. I am looking into investing into a high-end epson. My dad, for some crazy reason, has a plotter and it prints awesome images.

Anyway, I will let you know how it goes and post pics if I ever get round to it. I can't find my CS3 cd with inDesign on it... I thought I wouldn't need it... ugh.
