I would love to learn more about Lightroom. How to batch white balance, how to adjust show highlights. Anyone know any tutorials??

Kevin Swan has a DVD on Lightroom.

+1 for kevins tutorial or even a lynda title by chris orwig.
I first started out using Scott Kelby's book for LR, it was super helpful to me when I had no clue even where to begin.
LYNDA.COM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel like Chris Orwig's tutorials taught me SO much!
