I followed the various tutorials etc and uploaded the folder to my host.

When I requested the code at the last section of 2.6 and uploaded that onto my blog, I keep getting an error message and just white space where the show would in theory be sitting. The error message says "failed to load showit.xml"

I tried using both generate code versions to see if either worked (& didnt). I also tried reducing the size to see if that works and it didn't either

What else do I need to do??

what type of blog do you have, do you host it? is it just the basic wordpress one?

Sorry my bad for not mentioning it before, it is a blogger site.

I re-entered the domain name in the section to add and the new code is longer than before so that might have sorted out the xml issue as dont get that now. When I paste it into the site, it shows a white space with the normal blog written text above and below it.

I have tried entering the url directly into firefox/Explorer and the show works fine so it is not that end.

Mike, you have to load the slideshow to your server first, and then direct the address on the blog to the address on the server.

Does that make sense?

(PS, where did you get to at Focus?)
