DoO you use alkaline or lithium batteries? And why?

We use NiMh 2700's... they are cheap and last all day (and night).

Same here - 2700MaH NiMH rechargables. No issues.

I think alkaline batteries would last longer, and be slightly faster, and I KNOW the lithiums would, but they are just way too expensive. I've never had any issues with the NiMH.

I got the Powerizer brand off ebay - 48 of them for about $50.

I did some testing with alkalines... from what I remember they are equal to my old 2300MaH rechargables and die off pretty darn quick comaired to the 2700's.
