The album was designed for the venue.
Hence going a little over board with detail shots of the venue.

Any thoughts on the background color of pages 12 and 12A would

Did the venue ask for a sample album or are you just doing it on your own to surprise them with? What a great idea to get some loyalty with the venues!

I think it looks great, but the color combination on 12 and 12a don't really do much for me. They don't look bad, but they don't make the images pop either. I like the way you used an out of focus image for the background on the last page. Do you have any shots of the grass with the flower petals? That would be a cool background for those pages.

I visited the venue a couple days before the wedding to scout it out.
While I was there the person who showed me the current books they have on display mentioned
that if I did a book, they would be glad to show it. (the most current book they had to show was from 2006)

Yesterday I got a hold of the person in charge of weddings just to make sure about them putting out my book.
She said the same thing, they would love a book.
I gave her the link to the album while I spoke with her on the phone. She seemed quite happy with the pictures.
