Dang it! ANybody else having this issue? As soon as I have time I'm moving on.
I'll just take this order over the phone, I guess, but it makes me look so bad.

Unfortunally, I don't have a solution. I had the same problem, but it was because the clients zip code had actually changed and was conflicting with their credit card info, USPS info, and what they typed in.
Could they have one of those wrong???

It worked the other day, but I accidentally had it charging them shipping so I had to remove that and when she tried again, it all of a sudden said invalid. I tried to login to purchase prints myself and it says invalid zipcode.
I just had a print order the other day, so it's "one of those" problems that is a weird fluke I think.
Of course this is one of my discounted clients/friends. So of course it's going to be a PITA.
