Okay I was asked about putting together pricing for little league pix. Totally not my thing, but hey I cant pass up the opportunity right now to get my name out there and to make $. I am so lost on this and have no idea where to start other than I expect to be expected to give back to the little league like 10%. Also I want to make it worth my time and actually make money off of this.

I think I need to go the pick a pack option and am thinking that Millers has more marketable or sellable products for this than who I usually use, WHCC.

The entire pick a pack process confuses me.

Anyone willing to explain..... Im sure I could just email them direct but I will try here ....

Miller's pic a pack is fairly easy to use, although there is a learning curve as with anything. What specific questions do you have about it? I will try to answer them.

Thanks Lynn. For example Millers minimum order amount is X dollars, does that mean that I would have to order X dollars in my cost for each customer?

Maybe a better example is this...

Let's say I have 4 customers that want to order whatever I deem package A. Their cost is $30 for each package but my cost is X dollars. Does each individual client's order have to meet that minimum amount that Millers sets or does my total order just have to meet that amount and then they do the 10% deal to split orders?

Millers does seem less complicated than WHCC but I am still a bit lost.

Thanks so much for your help

I just did my first little league baseball pic a pac two weeks ago, and you can call customer service and Dan will walk you through it. I didn't use him, and kinda messed up my orders, but he didn't charge me for messing up and was really helpful. I didn't really make much my first time but would be willing to share my packages. The product was AWESOME, great colors, the trading cards, magnets and memory mates were great, and I consider it free or paid for advertising for a new town and a younger client base for years to come. They all loved their packages and I used the individual packaging. My one word of advice, call Dan- ask for the pic a pac guy. And you need to only submit one order, and make the packages in that- I accidentially created an order for each kid- WRONG.

When they talk about the minimum, it is the minimum your cost, not your clients. When you order you place one order with all of your customers orders in it. You create packages in the ordering software, and order whichever packages each customer wants.

There is no reason to underprice yourself when you are pricing for teams. Pick a Pac is priced lower so that you can have a pretty good profit margin when you price them.

Millers also has Online classes that you can take. There is a pre-recorded Pick a pac class that is available anytime. The next live one is on June 4.
