What do you resize your images to for your clients' online gallery?

My system is set up to display it as 600px on the long side. That usually is big enough to see details, but not enough to really print anything if they get crazy and find some way to pull it.

What system do you use? They'll usually recommend a size.

If you're using a place that does order fulfillment, then upload the full size and let them resize it for the web. I'd hate to see you have to reprint an entire order because you uploaded web sized for printing!

Thanks so much, Shan. It's not for printing, it's going into a client proofing gallery on my Blu Site. It's my first time creating one on here. I just got my site up recently, so we'll see how this goes. wink.gif I appreciate the help.

I upload 1000 pixels on the long side and it gets downsized to 500px. Then the zoom tool zooms in on the 1000px image.
