What kind of album agreement are you looking for? Agreement to print? I guess I just need clarification of what you are looking for it to say to see if I have something that would work for you.

by agreement I meant the sort of the guidelines you present to clients regarding design process, number of revisions allowed, clause to provide artistic license to the photographer, etc, that is signed and agreed upon before you begin the album design process. sorry i wasn't more clear!

PMing the only thing I use before hand. I don't have a very formal album design process since we pre-design them. I just verbally let my clients know that they get 1 revision and so far, no one has taken advantage of that. I probably should have it in writing, but I haven't done that yet.

If you're a member of PPA they have some sample agreement verbage online in the members only.
Caution: ALL contracts should be reviewed by a local attorney familiar with your state's laws!
