I'm glad mine wasn't delayed, as it was for an actual client and not just a sample. But definitely call them and ask them what is going on and when you can expect it. Hopefully just a little communication will speed things up some.
I know that's what I'd been hoping. For awhile, customer service was more than incredible! I had a few basic questions just like about whether or not they sent emails when an order shipped, normal turn around, stuff like that. So I guess I used up my alotted emails haha. And when I called yesterday, well within thir business hours, I just got voicemail.
I also ordered an album for a client that came in earlier than expected, which was awesome, but it was a time sensitive album (boudoir book for an anniversary present) so I didn't get to take pictures and stuff of it. But it was gorgeous! I just want my sample!! I guess either it's just a glitch, or they are putting off sample albums to make sure clients get taken care of first. Which is a good and bad thing I guess, if it's even the case. Just speculating!
