Has anyone placed an album order with Finao lately?

I LOVE their product. But I placed an order for a sample album March 30th that I still havent received. I placed an order on April 20 that I did receive, and it was GORGEOUS, but I'm really concerned about this. I was told that normal turn around was 3 weeks, but they were switching warehouses so it would be 5, but now it's been 8. I had been getting fairly prompt responses to my emails, but now I can't even get that or have my phone calls answered.

Please someone tell me this is a crazy blip...I want to love Finao!

They are really overloaded with everything, they just grew too fast, but they seem to be getting their stuff together now. My sample albums took 8 weeks. If you are not getting a response try emailing Harold, haroldj@finaoonline.com he'll get back to you asap. They are worth it by far in my opinion, as soon as they get their kinks ironed out I think everyone will be happy. Albums are worth even the 2 month wait though, really gorgeous and lots of great options.

Great news Jenny! Be sure to post pics when you get it. I am about to order my first sample through them and I can't wait!

I ordered an album from them about a month ago (I posted on here with pics of the album), and it came in right on time. I was very impressed with them, their service, and their customer service! I'm glad mine wasn't delayed, as it was for an actual client and not just a sample. But definitely call them and ask them what is going on and when you can expect it. Hopefully just a little communication will speed things up some.

I have only recently placed my first order with them. Their customer service so far has been top notch and they caught something I should have caught. I have found them to be very responsive and very attentive, and the one time I have called, a human answered the phone. Very refreshing! I can't wait to see the product!

I know that's what I'd been hoping. For awhile, customer service was more than incredible! I had a few basic questions just like about whether or not they sent emails when an order shipped, normal turn around, stuff like that. So I guess I used up my alotted emails haha. And when I called yesterday, well within thir business hours, I just got voicemail.

I also ordered an album for a client that came in earlier than expected, which was awesome, but it was a time sensitive album (boudoir book for an anniversary present) so I didn't get to take pictures and stuff of it. But it was gorgeous! I just want my sample!! I guess either it's just a glitch, or they are putting off sample albums to make sure clients get taken care of first. Which is a good and bad thing I guess, if it's even the case. Just speculating!
