I use Lunarpages. They're cheap and usually have pretty good technical service.

I've been with ipowerweb.com for about 3 years now - they're one of the larger hosts in the nation. they offer unlimited email accounts with IMAP support and I think somewhere around 500gb of hosting (this number is always growing too!) for ~$7.00/month. their support is wonderful, when you can get a hold of them. Generally they're fine to get a hold of except when there's some major technical difficulty with their servers, which happens only for acouple of hours at a time, generally about 2-3 times a year. their new hosting platform is really nice though, and everything works smoothly. i highly suggest them!

Another vote for 1and1. They really are great. I had a problem once and the tech got off the phone with me and figured out the problem (a line of html that was messing it up), fixed it and emailed me what he did. WOW!
