I've never had any problems with burning the DVD download of a Show It DVD show, but my most recent download will not load into my DVD authoring software, nor will it play in QT to test. I tested all my other previous mp4 downloads and they work fine. I want to get this to my client ASAP. I submitted a support ticket a couple of days ago and just learned it's going to technical support to see what's going on so hopefully it'll help.
But In the meantime, Has anyone had this error before and learned how to resolve it?
Error 2048: QuickTime cannot open the file: it is not a file that QuickTime understands (-2048).
Thanks.

Dude, try opening it using
MPEG Streamclip (free) and if it works, you can convert it to any number of different file formats.

Thanks for the suggestion Matt... unfortunately it won't even recognize or load the Show It DVD mp4 file either. I really hope Show It Tech Support gets back to me very soon.
