These designs for kids are bound into coffeetable books that we call "The Little Memories Book."

This one is from Morgan's Life Session a couple of weeks ago. He had his 1st Birthday Party, which we had the privilege of covering.

I think the book looks fantastic I love your background textues - are you creating those yourself or buying them from somewhere? I really think those are fantastic. Looks like Morgan had anice party, I love the cake!

But... I would be surprised if anyone will print the Curious George artwork (not the photos of the goodies at the party, but the artwork you downloaded/created) because it's sooo heavily copyrighted. I know people have had issues from certain companies in the past (rightfully so) for trying to print books with Disney graphics similar to that included. JMO, of course, but I would likely change that element.

Thank you! 80% of the textures are mine, and 20% of the textures I use are from a few different places on the net. I'm sort of confused about what your saying though....everything in the book is my creation. Can you elaborate?

I think she means the pictures you took of the party favors ie. Curious George napkins, Plates etc.

Curious George is trademarked... the photos you took of the favors & napkins will likely be fine. The graphic element of George, the one that says Happy Birthday Morgan on it, is most likely not legal to use and most of the book companies will likely ot print it if they notice it. Other people on a childrens forum I am on have had issues with that in the past. I wasn't referring to your textures or your layout, just that specific graphic

Can I ask some questions? Who are you printing the book through? Would you mind PMing me what you charged them? If that's too personal, I understand. I am just so curious what people will pay for albums for non weddings.

No PM necessary. Books are ordered through WHCC, and I charge $400 for them...and the price is actually going up because my clients keep ordering 2 or more....means they are too cheap (the books).
