Hey Everyone!
I've just been playing around with Showit Sites and I put up this little video and adjusted the blending modes, just like you can with an image in photoshop - but with a video! I put a map of the world behind it and it came out cool but I'm wondering what you think!
If you want to see it go to my
wedding photographer website and check it out!
Rock on!

hey dj,
overall the impression is good, but the images seem pixelated.....i'm thinking that it's due to the blocks in the background map, but maybe not? doesn't matter much since the images fly by so fast. was just my first impression. and once the video was over, the site stopped, unable to load the site after that. just fyi.
a quick showit sites question...any reason why s.i.s. wouldn't work for a videographer's site?? got a friend that needs something she can set up easily.
thanks, sweetie!

very fun!
I have a question for you...how have you gotten your name out all over the world? I am asking this out of curiousity...not b.c I am interested in doing the same! =)

Great stuff!! I too was a little pixelated but it wasn't enough to affect my opinion. Great site!

Looks good, except for the pixelation and I did think that it was a little to fast. If clients where seeing this, they love watching the process so i think slowing it down a hair might help!
Otherwise...Rad!!

The concept does look great - but I agree about the pixelation, even the text looks blurry/unsharp. Hopefully you'll have a demo around here so I can see more

looks sweet.
Will S.I.S. resize everyone's videos like that, or do you have to be special like you?

For me the pictures & text looked good, but when I stretch the browser window bigger, I saw some pixelization & loss of sharpness.
cool video!
How did the rockstar tour bus shopping go? (or how is it going?)

Hmm, as much as I love everything you do, I am not a super huge fan of showit sites...heres why.
1. On your current site, there is a lack of navigation.
2. If you click on your logo, it takes you to a new page, however, I can't find a way to get back to the first page I visited (refer to #1 about lack of navigation).
3. How are you embedding keywords and metatags into the site?
I think its an interesting idea, however navigation is one of the most important elements to a website and I don't see any navigation.
Just my 2 cents.
