Ok I bought Showit Web pro and I thought that it would give the apperance of a virtual album but I quickly learned that you have to buy Gary Fongs solution. But recently I bought Kevin Swans Indesign wedding album video and towards the end he exports jpegs then inputs them into Showit and in the video he says he has it setup for albums and then when he previews the show it comes up as if it had been done in Gary Fongs software.

Is there anyone who knows how to do this? I know Kevin is an active member on the forum if you see this could you give me an anwser please?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

I don't know how to do it, but I think I know the concept. It has something to do with creating a album looking jpeg in photoshop and uploading that as the background image. Hopefully someone else can give more detailed instructions.

Kevin may have a better method but I do the album preview in show it also by turning off all the motion effects and extending the seconds before the next image change. I also have it go straight to gallery view and put instructions on the center text line to click on gallery view. I also check the box to include file names... cover, page 0102 etc so I can communicate with the Bride for any changes to me made. After you make it save it as a template with the music so the next album you just select the template and it is fast. I also boost up the size of the show so it is a lot bigger than the default window size.

Let me clarify a little bit by what I want it to do...I want it to have the book look with the crease in the middle ect.

Steve's got it, really. If you want it to have a 'crease' down the middle, you'll have to add that in the JPEGs (in photoshop, or even in InDesign before you export). I don't use it when I demo my albums... example:

Just set up a custom size slideshow in showit that matches your book, turn off the motion effects, and done!
