Hello all. I know you guys get alot of n00bs on these forums introducing themselves and I'm just adding myself onto that list! But I've been a lurker here and on DJ's site/blog for awhile now so I just thought I say hello.
My name is Lynn-Kai Chao, 24, graphic designer for the University of California, Davis and im just an aspiring wedding photographer right now with a few bookings happening this summer (EXCITED!!!). For some reason wedding photography just captures my attention and I feel like I have a passion for it as I can't stop looking at other people's wedding imagery all day long! I can't seem to get tired of awesome photos that capture the moment with great composition and awesome edits.
I want to be one of the best wedding photographers! Some of you are probably rolling your eyes at me, a youngin' who probably hasn't counted the cost but I think it's reasonable motivation and dream no? Keeps me going and pursuing new techiniques, poses, and the latest stuff. I'm investing alot into this "silly" dream hoping that one day it will pay off...not so much in money, but in crazy images I can hang on my wall and deliver to my clients!
I'm also a student of Scott Robert Lim too and maybe one day to learn from DJ and the best of the best someday too (btw where can i find info on DJ's tours?).
