I can not get my last two slideshows to play after uploading. I have to assume its a showit issue as my associate and I uplaod to the same ftp program and hers have worked just fine. has anyone else had this issue? if so...wht can I do? This is the error I am getting the error that the HTTP page wont load

Hey Holly .... yea but I think you'll have to ask Blu to give you FTP permissions.

They gave me the:

address
user
password

I just dont know where to place it on Blu because everything is setup for me. I requested information from Blu and it takes 3 days for them to respond. I downloaded SmartFTP and I just dont know which folder to place my show it in, without messing up my website. I messed it up once already trying. I tried under www. like the tutorial. I just dont know???

If you're not on XP, use an FTP program and upload to the www folder.

You can create folders within the www folder.

For instance I created a folder called ss

Then I upload slideshow into the ss folder.

To get there: www.sarahburnsphoto.com/ss/nameofslideshow.swf

My issue is not about getting it play on my website. I cant get them to play AT ALL.

For example, I just uploaded a slideshow called www.momentsintimemn.com/pearl

but, when you type it in the address bar it says "http page wont load"

It shows in my FTP folder that everything has loaded fine, but I can not get it to play. I AM REALLY FRUSTRATED! I have tried uninstalled and reinstalled my FTP software, tried new sotfware, nothing is working.
