I'm looking for recommendations for the best looking poses for a couple where the man is a bit big and burly, and the woman is petite. How do you avoid having him looking imposing and taking up a lot of the image?
Example:

Did I do okay here?

I think the image looks great. It doesn't seem to me there's a drastic difference between them. Keep up the good work...

Pose them like everyone else. They are who they are, she probably likes that he is big and burley, have fun with the size difference

Thanks for the input.
Yeah, I didn't mean I want to hide their body types or anything. Just wondering the best poses to use.
I got a few shots where he was in the foreground and he looks sorta like a giant next to her.
I think having her in front and him in the back might work the best.

Have fun with it, get her cuddled up close, you can even have some fun intentional shots with his head out of frame... especially if she's laughing it'll look really cute.... depends on the couple of course if they are silly

My suggestion is to use it to your advantage. Play it up. Have him pick her up over his head like he is lifting a barbell. Next have her close to the camera and him far away - both in focus - so she looks taller.
How about the cliché, them standing together, with her standing on his feet.
Of course, you could try her back into his chest, where she is reaching up behind his head and he is holding her around the waist.
Like mentioned above, she more than likely appreciates how big he is and he likes how petite she is.
