So, we did a little cache clearing yesterday, and now my computer is whack! All my safari bookmarks are gone, and Photoshop and Lightroom reverted to their form before I adjusted all the preferences, etc. All of my actions are gone (I can reload and recreate them), and all of my tags are gone in Lightroom.

For the Lightroom tags, my "pick" flags are still there, but the color coded tags are out. Any idea how I could just lose one of those? Losing the tags/filters doesn't seem like it would be a cache issue, but I admit that I know zero about computers.
