I have tried every which way to make it possible for the clients to order the dvd of the slideshow. My account is all set up and I have taken all of the & signs out of the show folder but I still keep getting this message:

There was an error during the processing of this order, Please contact your photographer.

Could Not Locate A Show At The URL Provided. Make sure there are no '&' characters in the folder names.

I would go back into Showit and pull the show up and verify that you checked the box to create a DVD.

If you cannot verify, I would recreate the show with another name or add "_01" and recreate it but verify the box is checked to create the DVD files.

I double made sure that I had checked the Create DVD files. UGH!

Perhaps the file is not where it needs to be for SHOWIT to grab it and create the DVD. Have you moved the file?

I've just never seen this happen. All my files are sent to Showit every time.

Probably because you have a space in "2008 weddings". Just a guess.

My guess as well. Slideshow names need to be all one contiguous word. I've never tried one with spaces in it.

Also, I think I remember reading that your images have to be 1200 px in order to do the DVD otherwise it won't work.
