I am working on a blog for my church sunday school and I have the design and header's finished... I just need someone to make it happen in blogger for me!

Does anyone know of anyone who would be willing to do this for minimal cash... this is volunteer work for me but I am willing to spend a little. I just cannot do any css coding.
