...I sent a PM to someone (forgive my bad memory), but I don't remember who. It was in relation to using Marathon Press for a church directory. I noticed in my email that she (I know it was a she thumbsup.gif ) replied twice to my PM, but that was the day that OSP went offline and I didn't get to see the replies. Now, the messages didn't make it back into my PM Inbox after OSP was brought back online. If you see this post, please PM me again, I really need to chat with someone that has done this. Thanx.

I think it might have been me. I know we wrote a couple of times. I will forward what I have of the pm's back to you.

Feel free to PM or call if you want to talk more about it. We are getting ready to start laying out our first directory and have just a couple more families to photograph.

Great, thanx, and I think it was you the one that responded. Now that you mention a long response, I am anxious to know what you wrote. Thanx a bunch.

Well, while you all are PM-ing eachother, someone please let me in on your opinions of the directories that Marathon produces, I am planning to use them when I shoot our directory this spring.
Thanks!

Jack - the quality of the printed directories is very nice. I've had a ton of compliments on it.

I really couldn't stand the software they provide. I ended up doing the layout myself in LumaPix FotoFusion and the roster in Adobe PageMaker. FotoFusion is a great program, but not ideal for this because if you need to add or delete a picture, it doesn't auto-flow all the other images into position. If you can get their software to do the job for you - go for it.
