I have Audrey Template, and it seems to be working great with the exception of the ordering section. I get confirmation in my e-mail when an order is placed, but I never get Payment in PayPal. Can someone who has Audrey Template run me through how to set this up please?

I am sure it is something simple that I am overlooking.

you have to file a support ticket and get them to fix it - it happens with all the shopping carts for some reason, or at least a large number of them because it happened to me and a few others here.

also, i noticed you posted another post like this for your website - it helps if you post a link so we can see waht is happening.... (i know you coldnt do it for the shoppingcart)

Thanks so much for your help. I will write a support ticket for it. I thought it was probably something I was doing, and not a bludomain issue.

I am not having good luck with it, because Bludomain said it is a Paypal issue.
Bludomain says it is working for all other clients who are using that feature.

can you explain what it is your doing, what is happening , step by step?

My problem is when trying to get paid via Paypal using the shopping cart. It will send me the customer's order, but it does not pay me through paypal.
