Candy - Thank you! We had a great time and I sent her a couple teaser pics and she loved them. Most of the pics that I posted are a little blown out, but I kinda like the look. I know in post I lost the detail, but I can always play with them more and get that back. I like the track pics also!
Kadie - I have been struggling with getting on camera/off camera flash with the sun to look right, so I am still playing around with it. Ed Pignol has got me hooked with the look, but I am not there yet by any means. Love Zack Arias, too, but I missed the One Light in Austin. It was simple, I brought my PW's, stand, softbox and shoot through, but didn't want to take too long. It was about noon? and her back was towards the sun. On camera flash with 5D and 580 II. 1/200, iso 100, f11. Using 70-200, flash was I think at 1/4 or 1/2, standing about 8-10 feet away from her. Chimped and look at the LCD to see what looked good.
