I want to use the lightroom slideshow for our receptions. However I haven't figured out how to repeat the slideshow, or "loop" it automatically. Am I missing something obvious, or is this not possible?

I don't use Lightroom's default galleries, but all of the galleries that I've downloaded from http://www.lightroomgalleries.com automatically loop.

Hey Sara I've been swamped for time lately and just got around to checking out the link you gave me. Unless I misunderstood the site, it looks like all the downloads posted were for web galleries.

What I'm looking for is a way to make a slideshow in lightroom that will loop that I can play at the reception at weddings. Chris and I throw together a quick slideshow (like I know many of you do) during the reception, and I would love to use lightroom to do this if possible. So far though I have put together a nice quick slideshow, but it won't loop. So it cycles through once and it's done, and you have to manually start it again (not an option, obviously, for a reception slideshow )

Hi, Jen. If you're on a Mac, why not just use iPhoto? It's so fast and easy, and will just keep playing.

Hey Jen. I use LR for my slideshows at the reception and it automatically loops. Are you exporting the slideshow first and then playing it? If so, try clicking the play button instead of the export button (play it from within LR). That's what I do and it works just fine.

Just play it in LR, it will auto-loop.

Bruce, iPhoto requires you export your images, which takes time, which you rarely have at a wedding. Keeping everything in LR makes much more sense. Also, LR doesn't do the Ken Burns effect, which I can't stand. LR allows your logo and website to be on the screen while you run slides.
