note to camera makers...
(you know, can someone, say DJ!, who knows someone, say Denis Reggie!! communicate to say a camera maker, ummmm CANON that....)

cell phones and computers and garmins, etc just "know" what time it is...
even driving and crossing time zones these little gadgets tend to get it right...

some? universal signal?? somewhere???

can't please our cameras just know, too???

oh how helpful that would be!

with wishful thinking,

hey jill, assuming that you shoot with canon, install the canon utilities disk that came with your cameras, and open the eos utility, which will allow you to time sync your cameras to your computer. do this to each camera and the time on the cameras will be identical.

enjoy!

If you use iView Media Pro there's an option in a catalog to adjust the capture dates of your images. You can add time, subtract time...whatever you need! It works great.

How about Nikon?

Hey Kill, I honestly don't worry too much about it anymore. I get it as close as I can and then have all of my shooters with all over their cameras take a picture f the same thing at the same time and let lightroom sync it. smile.gif But I am CRRAAAAZZZAAAAY!
