Here are a few of my shots from this week at the OneLight. WOW, it was amazing, and FUN!!! My head is still doggie paddling from the information overload! There are a few more on my blog, but these are my faves. Other OSPers who were there, feel free to add your stuff!

Greta, wasn't that workshop the bomb? I had so much fun when I went in November. The models were amazing and I had a great time getting to know them.
These shots are really great smile.gif

YES! Everyone was so nice, I absolutely love Zack's teaching style, and I can't say emphatically enough how great the workshop was! The models were GREAT, and so very kind and patient with us as we were learning (not to mention gorgeous)! As I practice all the things I learned, I know that my work will grow by leaps and bounds. I feel so optimistic! smile.gif

Fantastic, I love them, My personal fave is #5 - fantastic attitude from the model and great balancing the flash to the sodium vapour light behind, a lovely contrast happening there.

You;ve inspired me all over again.

I'd love to go to one of Zack's workshops but I'm too skint sad.gif

Aw sad.gif Like I told someone in another thread, while you're saving up to go to the OneLight, get on Strobist and read everything that's on there. That's what I did, and I think I would have missed a lot if I hadn't. I s-l-o-w.....

Great stuff! I've been dying to get to one of these workshops.

those are amazing pics
I did his workshop in Indy last May and it was AWESOME, I am sure it has even gotten better. He has a dvd coming out for those of you that can't get to one, but if it is in your area you need to just do it. I haven't gone to many workshops and stuff but people that go to them all say that Zack's was the best ever.

Greta, those are great! Am I allowed to love ALL of them! Really, I can't pick a favorite (but if I had to, I really like #1)! When I discovered the OneLight workshops, it was just a couple weeks from his Houston one, I missed it by the skin of my teeth! Argghhh! Next time I will be ready, I am putting away the $ and I have been reading up on Strobist. Anything else you suggest in order to get the most out of it?

You are CERTAINLY allowed to like all of them! smile.gif Ummmmm.... a lot of people brought a digital voice recorder. I brought one but forgot to turn it back on when we took a break! rolleyes.gif The only other thing I can think of is, if some of the info is going over your head during the lecture portion, don't worry about it, the hands on part will really get it in your head. Oh, and actually practice the stuff when you get home! I guess that's it. Have fun, you'll love it!

Greta,

Thease images are very well captured. I really like the colors and the vibrance in the first shot. The very last one, however, makes her look a bit short so I think it is a tad unflattering. The rest set a really strong impression for me. Thanks so much for shaing.

Aw boo! The last one is my fave! I'm wondering though, do you mean the next to last one? Cause I can see that the angle there may make her look short. Thanks for your input!
