I'm in the testing stage of LR and WOW ! Incredible program LOVE IT !! Especially with jpegs.

My question is that when I begin to export the images, lets say about 300 or so and save them in jpeg in a level 10 just so I'm able to get all the images on 1 disc. Should I pull the Quility slider down to 80% instead of 100 ?

I've been exporting and overwriting to the same folder @ 100% and then going in PS's Image Processor to down size them into a seperate JPEG folder causing me to save the images twice. I mean It works fine going that route, but I was wondering if I'm able to knock the image down alittle in LR @ a level 10 jpeg.
