I need urgent help. I have a client that ordered a DVD for their second wedding reception this weekend. They tried to play the DVD in 2 DVD players and in one laptop drive. The DVD didn't work in any of the players. They need the DVD ASAP so that they can have it this weekend. I opened a ticket Sunday night but I did not hear from anyone today. Does anyone know of someone that I can contact directly to get a new DVD. I have an application that I can use to create a slideshow but I would like for my client to be able to have a working copy of the slideshow that they paid for.

Thanks for the responses. I received an e-mail within 10 mins after posting in the forum. The bride is really worried because this reception is a big deal for them. They had a small intimate wedding at their home but the reception will be big.
