Full Version: Need Help with 580 EX II Flash
I was doing some shooting this morning and I noticed that in ETTL mode, even on manual set on my 5D, the aperture and shutter speed would change when I had the flash on. I couldn't find the manual online and I won't be with someone who knows this flash until Tuesday or Wednesday. So any help with this, would be much appreciated.

There is nothing in the manual that I can find that explains why the camera would automatically switch shutter speed and aperture when the flash is attached. I'm perplexed. Any ideas?
Just a shot, but it could have something to do with sync speed.
My shutter speed is less than 1/250??
