... I just can't find an easy way to do it!

I'm using primarily Lightroom, so is there a way to re-size for an 8x10 print? do you upload two sets of images for the clients in case they order the 8x10? I'm still looking at labs, but none of them really have info on this in their packets, so I'm wondering....

In light room, you will need to apply an 8x10 crop, then Export. If you just Export, you will get full frame images, or 8x12 in your case.

I think most people (or at least the orders that we see) are posted as 8x12's, then cropped after by the photographer or the lab.
