Hey all, I am soooo new to all of this slideshow stuff.
But I love what I have seen so far and would love to get it. My question is which one is right for me?
Showit Lite, Showit Pro...I don't know which way to go...
I want to be able to put the slideshows on my blog and my bludomain site. Is this an easy program to use for Mac users?

Thanks for your help and suggestions!
Jen

Hey Jen,

I have Showit Pro and it is SO simple to use! I have not had any trouble with it at all. As soon as you go through the process the first time, you'll get the hang of it and you'll love it. Oh, and I'm a Mac user!

Showit Pro, definitely. So customizable. And it's super, super easy, even for someone like me who can sometimes be a little computer-challenged. I use a PC, but I hear it's just as great with a Mac.

Awesome, sounds like it will be a right fit for me...
I do have some questions...How do you show the slideshows to your clients? Is there a limit as to how many images can go in there?
Thanks!

I'm not sure if there's a limit, but I have heard that slideshows with a ridiculous amount of images don't run very smooth.

I use FTP to upload my slideshows to my portfoliositez hosting space and give my clients the URL. Works great!

I have a Mac and have had no problems with it at all. I purchased the pro and love it. I was actually really surprised how easy it is to do. It took me a few tries to actually upload it to my blu domain website just because Im ftp challenged but I figured it out and wrote down what I did so I would remember for the next time lol I was dropping it into the wrong folders, but there are some threads here on how to upload them that you might find helpful if you do a search.

I dont know about how many images can go in there but as far as showing it to clients I do the same as Lisa and give the clients the URL. They can pass it along to friends and family and its a fast and easy way to get your work out there.
