I was expecting to see an sneak peak of SIW websites... Did I miss it?
Where was it?
davidjay
I showed a quick demo at my platform presentation as well as at the Adobe booth on Monday. smile.gif

I'll post up a video tomorrow and there is a link floating around OSP where you can download your own beta copy. smile.gif

Happy Easter.
Jasont
Anyway that link can be posted here?

Thanks. I don't mean SIW but the new "SIW SITES" that you announced sometime ago. Is that what you are talking about?

Then, I missed it. It probably was after I left the Adobe booth... Men, what did I have to go?!

I didn't get the showitweb link, but the showitSites is at showitfast.com/sites

If anybody have the showitweb beta link, I am more interested in that.

OMG i am so stoked about this. I just wish there were different levels for the app. like for a poor destitue college student like myself, 40$ a month is quite a stretch.

still i'm playing with this program and i'm loving it.

awesome! now.....can we make multiple sites for one price? (like a separate kids and weddings site).

i love the idea....especially since i could change the site whenever i felt like it and however i wanted! i've always really preferred hosting my own site, but i guess i could make an exception if i had to. gotta do some math though. smile.gif

Yes, I played with too and it looks like a great idea. And the price is good too. It is like a iweb for flash. Good job DJay.

Hey Kent smile.gif I'm amped you like it and we might offer a "PRO" and "Light" option down the road if you think that'd be a good idea. Straight outta the gate we're gonna keep it simple with the pricing but I do like the idea of having options like that so keep the suggestions coming!

Yea! We will have what's called "deep linking" which allows any page within your account to be accessed directly so you could do a whole bunch of craziness if you wanted and have tons of different "Style groups" and they would essentially be different sites. The URL's might get tricky with the way we are gonna be setup at the beginning because at the beginning we are simply just handling one URL but you could tuck away your wedding and portrait sites inside of there. It's gonna be really fun to see what people dream up now that you'll be able to change the site and customize it whenever and however you want. smile.gif

Rock on! Yea! We loved the simplicity of drag and drop like iweb has and mixed with the powerful presentation of Adobe Flash we hope to be onto something. smile.gif

I'm LOVING it! Any idea when it'll be ready to go?

Aloha DJ, I think that would be an awesome idea...options light and pro. I know someone compared Showit Sites to livebooks and livebooksedu. And not to mention Bludomain. Which has become so common place (IMHO.) I really like that Showit Sites gives you alot of creative freedom in how you can design your website. Making it truly yours...without the hassles of action scripts, and extensive html coding.

It would be nice to see a sample site in action. *hint*hint* maybe its time for a site re-design DJ...using showit sites. :-)

EDIT: btw DJ, i love the intro video included with the beta. that would be a wicked awesome intro for your site.
