Just bought Showit Borders - love it so far, except that the main border I bought it for - Polariod A - is not working no matter what I try.
Gives the error:
Cannot open the file because the open options are incorrect: 10384
Can someone help? I really need access to this border.

Try re-downloading and re-installing. The Polaroid A psd file could have been corrupted by extracting the downloaded zip file.

That was the first thing I tried - no luck.
BTW, I'm on Vista with CS3.
Any other suggestions? I really need to get this working
